Privacy Policy

We keep it simple.

Your privacy matters to us. Honestly. We aren't a big corporation looking to sell your data. We're just a team building a music bot, and we only collect the bare minimum needed to make your experience great.

What we collect

When you use LV Music or our dashboard, we receive some basic info from Discord:

• Your Discord ID & Username: So we know who is managing which settings.
• Your Server List: So the dashboard can show you the servers where you have permission to control the bot.
• Usage Stats: We track things like "total songs played" to show off how much everyone loves music, but we don't track your personal listening habits to build a profile on you.

Cookies

We use a small "session cookie" when you log into the dashboard. It's just a digital ID card so the server remembers you're logged in as you move from page to page. No tracking cookies, no third-party ads.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Period. We only share data if we're legally forced to (which hasn't happened yet) or to keep the bot running (like sending a song request to Lavalink so you can actually hear music).

Your Rights

It's your data. If you want us to delete everything we have about your server or your account, just kick the bot from your server or reach out to us on our support server. We'll wipe it clean.
